Are new patients accepted?
Yes! We welcome new patients. You are advised to read and complete the following forms and provide them during your visit: Patient Information Profile, Financial Policy, Patient Consent for Use and Disclosure of Protected Health Information (PHI), Prescription Refill Policy.
Do you accept walk-ins?
No, currently due to the unprecedented Covid pandemic, we do not accept walk-in patients.
Which hospitals are you affiliated with?
Dr. Lin is affiliated with Gwinnett Medical Center and Children’s Health Care of Atlanta.
If I choose to use Duluth Children’s Medicine as my baby’s pediatrician prior to delivery, what do I need to do?
You will inform you hospital nursery that you have chosen Duluth Children’s Medicine / Dr. James Lin as your baby’s pediatrician.
Is the physician board certified?
Yes, Dr. Lin is a board certified physician nd current with the Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program.
Do you accept cash payments?
Yes, cash payments are accepted. If you are a self-pay patient, we may negotiate a discounted fee.
